Lance joins KSG from Aspen Hospitality, a division of Aspen One, where he served as Senior Vice President of Hospitality Operations. In this role, he oversaw operations for some of Aspen’s most celebrated hospitality brands, including the iconic Little Nell, a collection of premier on-mountain private clubs, and the Limelight Hotels portfolio in Aspen, Snowmass, Sun Valley, Denver and the pre-openings of Limelights in Boulder and Mammoth.

Before his time with Aspen Hospitality, Lance spent seven years with Vail Resorts, where he served as Chief Operating Officer of the Hospitality Division. His responsibilities included leading Lodging Operations, Reservations, Sales, Transportation, and Revenue Management teams, as well as overseeing all hospitality operations resorts within the Vail Resorts network and managing the Grand Teton National Park concessions.

Earlier in his career, Lance was Managing Director of Timbers Resorts for seven years, directing global operations for a portfolio of luxury real estate and resort properties. Under his leadership, the acclaimed Castello di Casole in Tuscany was named the #1 Resort in Europe by Travel + Leisure for four consecutive years.

Throughout his diverse career in the hospitality industry, Lance has held executive leadership positions with world-class brands including Auberge Resorts, The PlumpJack Group, and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.

Lance currently resides in Boulder, Colorado with his wife Jenny and their two sons, Ryder and Tyce. Deeply committed to the industry and his community, Lance proudly serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Colorado Hotel & Lodging Association.
