Before joining KSG, Pablo was a Senior AI Leader at Microsoft, where he helped drive the adoption of OpenAI technologies across the retail sector. He wasn’t just building models. He was reshaping how retailers used AI to engage customers, personalize experiences, and drive revenue. He led the end-to-end development of the Azure OpenAI repository, serving as both architect and primary committer. His work aligned technical innovation with business strategy, enabling enterprise clients to turn AI into measurable growth.

Earlier in his career, Pablo founded Conexlink Inc. and launched MyCloudIT.com, the first IaaS-based IT network automation platform. That mindset still defines his approach. He builds fast, solves hard problems, and designs systems that scale.

Pablo has been working with neural networks since 2003, when he wrote his college thesis on early machine learning architecture and neural networks. At the time, AI was a fringe pursuit. He saw its potential long before it became a boardroom buzzword, and that early conviction still shapes his work today.

At KSG, Pablo is now pioneering real-time, voice-based AI agents that don’t just talk. They act.
