Before founding KSG, Tobin spent more than two decades in technology sales and strategic account leadership. He built lasting partnerships with Fortune 100 clients, managed multi-year enterprise contracts, and became a trusted advisor to executives navigating large-scale digital transformation. His strength lies in aligning people, process, and product with clear value and long-term thinking. 

At KSG, Tobin also oversees a growing portfolio of independent AI companies. 

Tobin’s leadership style centers on trust, accountability, and execution. He leads with curiosity and candor, whether closing a high-stakes deal or mentoring the next generation of sales and operations talent. He believes real traction comes from alignment, not shortcuts. 

He lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he is most at home coaching youth sports, hiking with family, or working through his next idea with a notebook in hand and a Red Bull nearby.
