Todd Wylie is Vice President of Product Innovation and Customer Experience at KSG, where he leads the design and deployment of AI agents built to handle real operational work. With more than 25 years at the intersection of engineering, enterprise services, and solution design, Todd helps organizations solve complex problems by translating ambiguity into structured, scalable systems. He has deep experience in managed services, customer success, and automation strategy, and is known for building tools that last and partnerships that grow stronger over time.
At KSG, Todd works directly with clients to develop AI agents that quote, prep, enrich, review, and operate inside real production environments. These systems are built to replace repetitive tasks with logic-driven action across sales, support, legal, and operations.
